We don’t compete with each other and each of our expertise.
Case-in-point: Nobody knows more about their industry (e.g. HR, Finance, Hospitality, etc.) than the industry leader. However, some of our Leaders are still weak in AI Intelligence. We need help each other to be more confident in AI as AI is a new skill for most of us.
We don’t underestimate or undermine each other’s ability.
I'm bring the most business and paying clients for now.
The one who brings in the most business and long term results usually has and deserves the biggest say and rewards in any team.
I hope eventually every Leader will bring their own share of clients and contribution.

My secret super power is my spirituality and my TwinSoul and guardian Angel Brenda.
There are some lucky ones who witnessed the magic and dynamic energy and transformational impact of Brenda and Robren, as Co-Coaches in ChangeU, in the leadership and self-transformation programs.
I don’t hide my spirituality.
In 3-5 years’ time I’ll move more to this, and hopefully I can leave the operations to all of you.
Each of us have our individual styles.
I’m always open to constructive criticism.
If you were to criticize something, offer me at least one of your solutions. I'll see if I can use or adapt it.
Of course, if there are a lot of bad reviews I will definitely change something about that area.
But, I do have a very distinctive style, therefore, I may still stick to some of my style.
AIU, IAA, ChangeU, The Robren Show, Purple Youth CSR, and Spiri Groups have unique corporate cultures.
Some maverick or graduate may have the best expertise, perfect 4.0 CGPA, and impeccable qualifications but may not fit in our unique corporate culture. A lesser caliber individual will outshine the best qualified but mismatched individual in the right empowering environment and organization.

Each one of us know our own place, space, and our own line of boundaries.
Give respect when and where it is due.
Don't steal someone's thunder i.e. don't take credit of someone's contribution.
Learn not to cross someone's line again, especially when you discover (through body language) you have crossed the line.

Even a new CEO, when I step down or cross over, needs to follow this.

I hold the copywriting and art direction, we will buy creative advice as soon as we have resources. I had worked in 2 world’s top ad agency Leo Burnett Hong Kong and Wunderman Thompson as Copywriter and in Client Servicing.
No one in our IC knows more about Rebranding and tranformational change than I do.
I’m the Principal Consultant.
I assign the best individuals and team for each project and for each client.
Dr. Henry is the Second Principal Consultant.
I’m The Mirror.
What you don’t like when you see me is 100% reflection of yourself.
I’m the Client Servicing Head.
My Senior Leaders know I’m very good with handling hostile clients and Alpha Bosses – most times.
I’m aware of my weaknesses and strengths. I'm aware my weaknesses affect my team and brand.
i.e. I'm messy, overly complicated, self-doubt, stubborn, workaholic, outspoken, courageous, outrageous, risk-taker, I go to market when it is 60% excellent - it’s my package deal. My Team live and work around it.
Everyone and every organization is a total package deal.
If you don't like it, do something about it, don't whine; sack the person if you are boss, or you resign if she is the boss.
Make it work in all its imperfections and personal flaws.
See the imperfection as someone's beauty, uniqueness, and style.
